Screen printed Magnets

These magnets are all examples of screen printed magnets on
various types of magnetic material, .020, .030 and .045, die cut or square
cut.

Magnetic Money Set

This magnet set included magnets shaped like bills and coins
and was made from 4 color (CMYK) process printing on .020 mil magnetic
material.  Magnets were cut from one sheet and collated into client provided
boxes.

Magnetic Food Set

This set included over 60 die cut magnet shapes made from 4
color (CMYK) process printing on plastic paper which was then laminated to
.020 mil magnetic material.  Kling produced a paper steel "placemat" for
this set and collated the magnets and paper steel into client provided
boxes.

In Web Magnets

These magnets are made from 4 color (CMYK) process printing on
the front with a polylamiante film finish, glued to a 1/8" piece of black
foam that is glued to .020 mil magnet.  The customer wanted to create
magnets that could be sold as a set without a lot of labor in collation onto
selling cards.  Kling recommended that the customer created the set of
magnets to be sold as a kiss cut set (where the customer punches out the
magnets).   No collation was necessary with this design, saving the client
money and assuring that each package had a full set of magnets.

Photo Frame Magnets

These magnets are made from a combination of holographic paper
and printed 4 color (CMYK) process paper, glued to 1/8" black foam and then
glued to .020 mil magnet.  Kling punched the center piece of the frame out
and placed the frame on a client provided sell card with fugitive glue,
backed it with corrugated cardboard and shrink wrapped the units for
individual sale.  Client provided UPC labels were also put on the back of
each package.

Coupon Magnet Mailers

These magnet mailers are made from Client provided printing
and .020 mil magnetic material.  Kling assisted the client in the overall
layout of the printed sheet, a magnet strip was applied to one side of the
card then die cut.  Finally, the magnets were collated and bulk packed in
boxes.

Mood Magnets

This is a two part magnet piece where the bottom (background)
magnets are made from 4 color (CMYK) printing with a polylamiante film
finish and .020 mil magnet.  The client wanted the top magnet to have a more
three dimensional feel to it, so Kling manufactured the top magnet (the
butterfly) with a layer of 1/8" black foam.

Leeson Display Board with Magnetic Puzzle

This client wanted to create a promotional display board along
with a magnetic puzzle to keep their name and message in front of their
clients.  Kling created an 8.5" x 11" rigid paper steel board made with two
color printing on the front and 100 pt chipboard in the center of the board
for added stability.  An pop-out easel was added to the back to make the
board free standing.  The puzzle was created with 4 color (CMYK) process
printing with a polylaminate film finish that was glued to 1/8" black foam
and .020 mil magnetic material, then die cut.  The client wanted the center
piece to be reflective so Kling sourced paper coated mylar that was then
glued to 1/8" black foam and magnet and cut in the shape of the center
puzzle piece.

4 color (CMYK) process magnets

Kling manufactures many 4 color (CMYK) process printed and die
cut magnets.  These are just a few examples, Kling can manufacture magnets
up to 24" wide by 36" long.

Magnet Shapes Set

For this set Kling die cut four colors of .020 mil magnet with
colored vinyl on the front.  Those kiss cut shapes were then collated on a
12" x 12" paper steel board (also manufactured by Kling).  Magnet board with
instruction sheets were collated into a 12" x 12" vinyl envelope for final
sale.
